Northam, together with its senior management team, invests significant capital alongside that of the private equity property funds raised from our investors. Results are important, both to our clients and to Northam as owners, advisors and managers.

Each of Northam Realty Advisors’ past real estate investment funds has exceeded its minimum return target.

Northam has finalized a disposition program exceeding CAD 1.44 billion and harvesting property IRRs for a series of client funds ranging from 21.25% to 64.02%.
