Northam looks to acquire well-located commercial office buildings that have

  • high barriers to entry with respect to new construction,
  • excellent access and close proximity to public transportation,
  • substantial discount-to-replacement costs,
  • below-market rents, and
  • a minimum size of 100,000 square feet

Industrial Properties
Northam focuses on functional, light industrial, multi-tenant properties where

  • the minimum size is approximately 100,000 square feet,
  • acquisition can be executed at substantial discount-to-replacement costs, and
  • Northam’s highly skilled asset and property management teams can add significant value.

Specialty Retail Properties
Northam has identified the necessity and irreplaceability of special sectors of the prime urban retail landscape. Investment in these locations delivers high returns, significant asset appreciation potential and minimal risk due to the importance of the location.
